2. Change of Mind Returns
If you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, we do not provide refunds. However, we may offer store credit or exchange the item under the following conditions:

- The book is in its original condition, including any accompanying materials, and is unused.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be at your expense.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange of the book pack, please ensure that:
- The product is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The book pack is in its original condition, free from damage, marks or signs of use.
- All original packaging, accessories, and instructional materials are included in the return.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange of the Linear Abacus book pack, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at linearabacus.com or 0472 800 7674 to request a return authorization.
- Upon receiving approval, carefully package the Linear Abacus book pack, including all original items, to prevent any damage during the return shipping.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Please provide the tracking number for the return shipment to facilitate the processing of your request.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receiving the returned Linear Abacus book pack and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: if you are eligible for a refund, the purchase price of the Linear Abacus will be reimbursed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges: if you wish to exchange the Linear Abacus for a different product, we will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. Any price difference between the products will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Warranty

7. Incorrectly Shipped Items
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect mathematics book or material, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct book to be shipped to you, and we may request the return of the incorrect book at our expense.
